This is our Service Agreement. HepatoBurn provides its services to you subject to the Terms and Conditions contained in this Service Agreement. By visiting or making a purchase at HepatoBurn, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The Site was created and is controlled by HepatoBurn in Costa Rica. As such, the laws of Costa Rica will govern these disclaimers, terms, and conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of laws. HepatoBurn reserves the right to make changes to its Site and these disclaimers, terms, and conditions at any time. The User hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consents to submit to the jurisdiction of Costa Rica for any disputes arising or related to the use or purchase made through the Site (and agrees not to initiate any litigation related thereto except in such courts), waives any objections to the venue for such disputes in the courts of Costa Rica, and agrees not to claim or allege in any Costa Rican court that such litigation filed there was filed in an inconvenient forum.

Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy

HepatoBurn and/or any of its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, new or improved products or technologies, product improvements, processes, materials, marketing plans, or new product names. Do not submit any original creative art, suggestions, or other works. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when HepatoBurn’s products or marketing strategies appear to be similar to ideas submitted to HepatoBurn. Therefore, do not send your unsolicited ideas to HepatoBurn or anyone at HepatoBurn. If, despite our request that you not submit your ideas to us, you still send them, regardless of what your letter, fax, phone call, or email says, the following terms will apply to the submission of your ideas.

Idea Submission Terms

You agree that: (1) your ideas will automatically become the property of HepatoBurn, without compensation to you, and (2) HepatoBurn may use the ideas for any purpose and in any manner, including giving them to third parties.

Product and/or Service Feedback

However, HepatoBurn welcomes your feedback on various aspects of the company’s business. If you would like to send us your feedback, and we hope you will, just fill out the form on the contact page. Please provide only specific feedback regarding HepatoBurn’s products or marketing strategies; do not include ideas that HepatoBurn’s policy does not allow it to accept or consider. This is just another way for HepatoBurn to learn how to better meet your needs.

Feedback and Information

Any feedback you provide on this site will be considered non-confidential. HepatoBurn will have the freedom to use such information without restrictions.

Refunds

Refund requests are accepted within 60 days from the order date. If you opt to receive physical items, all items must be returned undamaged, along with your full name, email address, Clickbank electronic invoice, and order number. Returned items and shipping costs are your responsibility. Keep a record of your return tracking. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned items. Damaged items upon receipt will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include shipping or handling fees.

In the context of electronic messages, spam refers to unsolicited, mass, or indiscriminate messages, usually sent for commercial purposes. We offer a feature that allows users to send email/messages to third parties.
